HD DVD offer from Microsoft and Toshiba

Microsoft has announced that following a partnership with Toshiba it is to give away five free HD DVDs with every purchase of its Xbox 360 HD DVD Player.UK customers who purchase the add-on between now and January 31st, 2008 will be able to choose from a selection of 13 top flicks.
Serenity, Swordfish, The Chronicles of Riddick, Corpse Bride, Hulk, Children of Men, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, Word Trade Center, Full Metal Jacket, The Prestige, Black Rain, Dreamgirls and Troy are the titles in the promotion.
And those of you intrigued by the offer may wish to note that if you already have an Xbox 360 console then this is the cheapest way for you to watch HD DVDs as the add-on is priced at just £114.99.
Once you've filled out the offer form, you will receive your chosen films in approximately 28 days.
Interestingly, the give-away is similar to a promotion currently being offered by Sony, in which shoppers can get five free Blu-ray movies when they buy a PlayStation 3 console or other select standalone Blu-ray players.
