Hitachi offers motorised marvel

The Hitachi P50S601 Ultravision HD TV offers a level of sharpness and colour quality that offers a great home cinema experience, according to a new review.

HD TV News reports this week that the new unit, which comes with full HD resolution and a motorised swivel stand, offers everything that a plasma TV needs and a little bit more.

It is noted that the level of clarity is enhanced by the unit's PictureMaster HD IV digital video processor and that this should be fully compatible with most complimentary video systems.

"The PictureMaster processor matches its full HD 1080 panel by upgrading all incoming signals, thus optimising the picture performance of that source material," the review states.

Hitachi state that the motorised stand will allow viewers to move the panel up to 30 degrees right and left via remote control.
