LCD TVs for kids from Disney

New range of electronic products from Disney Entertaining children can seem like a mountainous task on occasions. Especially if rain has dampened any attempts at sending the kids to play outside.

Should you be in need of something to keep your little ones amused from time to time, then maybe Disney has the answer for you in its new range of LCD TVs and other interesting products.

According to a statement released by the firm, the range is "creative" with "real-world features and a sprinkle of Disney magic".

Disney's latest offerings will be released this October, and include a Flix Video Cam,
iPod compatible speakers and the debut of the first line of Disney LCD TVs, all inspired by some of the company's most popular franchises including High School Musical and Pirates of the Caribbean.

The High School Musical LCD TV resembles a US school locker, is bright red and comes with stickers that will let youngsters personalise their telly.

Chris Heatherly, vice president of global electronics for Disney consumer products, said: "We are seeing kids … quickly follow the adult market in terms of technology. Gone are the days of boxy TVs and CD players.

"This year, kids will be looking for flat screen TVs and iPod compatible speaker docks with great sound, and our new line is very much on the forefront of this trend."
