LG puts a little style in its game

27 Dec 2007 16:08

LG's Previous LCD screens have been 'lacking' on style The sleek and stylish new LG 32LB75 has boosted the manufacturer's credibility in terms of style, a new review has suggested.

According to HDTV.org, what the South Korean manufacturer has had in terms of performance and high definition resolution it has so far lacked in terms of style - but adds that this new model could put an end to that legacy.

The website claims that the 32LB75 has allowed LG to go "from clunky to cool virtually overnight" and that despite this new focus on the panel's good looks nothing is lost in terms of picture quality.

"First indications are that the 32LB75 is an excellent performer, with decent black levels and excellent Standard and High Definition pictures along with a rich and accurate colour palette,"

It is suggested that the unit is a product of a collaboration between LG and its Milan-based design studio and that the model goes some way to erasing memories of previous screens' "hastily bolted together components".
