Panasonic adds to its collection with a new 50-inch plasma A new review has highlighted Panasonic's latest 50-inch plasma TV for its ability to offer natural colours and rich contrast levels.

According to HDTV news, the Japanese manufacturer's TH-50PZ77U limits blurring and flicker, which it states could be perfect for sports fans hoping to catch all the action without missing a moment.

"Users will never have to worry about missing out on who punched who in a big time boxing match, or the winning triple salchow in a figure skating competition," the review states.

With a contrast ratio of 10,000:1 and full 1080p high definition it is noted that the TH50PZ77 is right up there with its closest competitors and that its sleek design will make it a great addition to any thoughtfully designed interior.

Panasonic recently unveiled the world's largest plasma TV at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas - which measured 150 inches.
