Panasonic will continue to rollout models that will aim to push for "quality, connectivity and customer service" in 2008, Dealerscope reports. The website states that the manufacturer will launch a host of plasma and LCD TV panels that will address the needs of most consumers ranging from 26 to 65-inch screens offering between 720p and 1080p resolutions.
It is reported that many of the company's releases this year will be part of the popular Viera range and that the high-performance LZ850 and PZ850 models will feature Panasonic's VIERACast IPTV solution.
As well as these models, consumers can expect to see plasma screens such as the PX80 and PZ80 sooner rather than later and that the former 720p models will be available in 42 and 50-inch versions, with the 1080p model offering a new 46-inch panel.
LCD screens set to be available later in the year include the 1080p LZ800 as well as the LZ85 range which add a 10,000:1 dynamic contrast to their overall specification.
Panasonic announced earlier this month that it expected to launch a range of new screens that would triple current contrast ratios to 30,000:1, Tech On reports.
