Samsung LE40M87 is 'good performer at low price'

The latest Samsung LCD television has been praised by a new review, describing it as a good performer at a low price. Cnet.com recommended the model and confirmed that the Samsung LE40M87's greatest asset may be its "sensible" price tag.
"You can't argue that this TV offers spectacular value for money. At around £800 you get a 1080pTV capable of 24Hz and decent picture quality."
The website also indicated that the widescreen television's 40-inch size brought the right balance to those looking for a decent home cinema.
Despite its reasonable price, the review also complemented the Samsung's sleek design and added that it had a good selection of inputs.
The review indicated that while the sound quality on the LCD TV was generally good, the amplifier was underpowered and so the volume had to be turned up quite high to get sufficient sound.
Samsung has recently released its YP-K3 digital audio player which also boasts an FM radio and a photo viewer.
