Samsung offering "bargain of the year"

Samsung's 37-inch LE37R87BD LCD TV is not only a great looking screen but is also "one of the bargains of the year," according to a new review.The LE37R87BD has been highlighted in a recent article for the Trusted Reviews website as a great option for flat panel TV shoppers looking to keep their spending to under £500 and that this low price is not reflected in the screen's design.
"Its sleek black finish, subtly curvaceous lines and minimalist stance make it for my money the single prettiest 37in LCD TV around right now - at least without spending megabucks on stuff from premium brands," the review states.
With three HDMI sockets and component video input as well as PC, S-Video and SCART compatibility the unit is not short on connectivity options and the also comes with the manufacturer's Digital Natural Image engine for improved picture performance.
Poor motion handling and a lack of HD are noted as weaknesses, although the review states these are small complaints considering the price of the panel.
Last month, Samsung announced the launch of its new 70-inch LA70F91BDX screen which it claims is "the pinnacle of full HD".
