The best five HDTVs so far

Samsung and Panasonic are among the manufacturers highlighted in a list of the best high definition televisions (HDTVs) available on the market.A list compiled by CNet.com identified the Samsung LN-T3253H and its "great style" as the TV of choice in the 32 inches and under category.
Meanwhile, Panasonic's TH-42PZ700U and TH-58PZ700U were found to be the best in the 32 inches to 42 inches section and 52 inches and above categories respectively.
The site also noted that the Sony KDL-46XBR4 was the best TV in the 43 inches to 47 inches section and the Pioneer PDP-5080HD, which produces "one of the best" pictures tested by the site, was highlighted as the ideal choice in the 48 inches and 52 inches category.
Earlier this month, Samsung announced the launch of the series six and seven of its LCD HDTV series.
Jonas Tanenbaum, vice president of flat panel marketing at the firm, said that the company was "truly changing the look of TVs".
