Toshiba announces 20 new LCD panels

Japanese manufacturer Toshiba has launched 20 new LCD TVs at this year's Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, it has emerged.According to industry news website hdtvorg.co.uk, the company has unveiled a number of screens that will fall into its entry-level AV500 range that feature a dynamic backlight control and a digital tuner.
It is reported that the glossy black AV500 screens are available in a number of sizes from the top end 42-inch model down to a 19-inch version that is also available in white.
Among the other panels unveiled were additions to the higher spec Regza range, which come in 32 and 37-inch models and feature the manufacturer's PixelPure 4G processor, as well as a fully HD RV530 range that offer a contrast ratio of 15,000:1.
A recent review for tech.co.uk, suggested that consumers looking to get the best out of their HD experience the Toshiba 40XF355D could be the right purchase.
