Toshiba improves on the XF range
31 Dec 2007 16:46The Toshiba XF range is a good quality, fully high definition (HD) LCD TV screen that is about to get even better, hdtvorg.co.uk reports.
According to the website, the 46-inch model in the popular range will now feature an extra 100Hz of processing power which is expected to give the panel a greater level of overall performance.
"With the forthcoming addition of 100Hz processing, the overall performance of these screens should improve, especially with standard definition material," the site states.
It is also noted that the "well equipped" range offers an ultra slim design that measures 23mm in depth and is still able to offer great colour and connectivity, fully utilising its full HD capabilities and 10-bit technology.
The TV was reviewed by the site earlier this year, at which time it stated that the manufacturer was claiming the model to be the slimmest LCD TV available in the world.
